Parents’ Foundation for Transitional Living,
Inc. is located in the beautiful New England city
of New Haven, Connecticut. Also home to Yale University,
the city abounds in activities of all kinds, accessible
within walking distance of Parents’ Foundation.
If you visit, you may want to take advantage of
some of the city sites or local cuisine!
DIRECTIONS:
From New York:
Take I-95N to exit 47, the Rte 34 Connector.
Take the Rte 34 Connector to the end – exit 3 which
merges into street traffic. Go three traffic lights
and take a right onto Howe Street. Go to the end
of Howe Street – Parents’ Foundation
for Transitional Living is the last building on
the right side of Howe Street – the large
brick building on the corner of Howe Street and
Broadway. There is metered on-street parking just
before you reach the building. Go to the Howe Street
entrance - a portico with double doors and white
columns – and ring the bell. You will see
a sign for “100 Broadway” to the left
of entrance.
From Boston:
Take I-91S to exit 1, the Rte 34 Downtown New
Haven. Take the Rte 34 Connector to the end – exit
3 which merges into street traffic. Go three traffic
lights and take a right onto Howe Street. Go to
the end of Howe Street and watch for Parents’ Foundation
for Transitional Living, Inc. - the last building
on the right side of Howe Street. Parents’ Foundation
is the large brick building on the corner of Howe
Street and Broadway on the right side of the street.
